Default 928s4 for 914

I am looking for a decent 914. I am willing to trade my 1987 928s4

the car is in good shape needs a brake master cylinder soon. Brakes work well but they bleed down if you gently rest your foot on the pedal, Also needs a wheel bearing in the rear but it is included. The car has 96k miles. 18 inch wheels. It is a manual trans and runs well. IF anyone is interested let me Know and I can send more pictures and information.
thanks

WOW, interesting offer! Talk about two cars that don't have anything in common other then being called a Porsche. Welcome to the 914 sides of things!

thanks, I want to become a 914 owner. I have a 944t that is my obsession and I just do not drive the 928 much and I have always wanted a 914. I have a dyno video of the car also.

Man, the 928 should sell fast on the the 928 forum and you can use the money to buy the 914.

I am still confused as to why you like to "trade toys", rather than sell the car you have for $$$ and buy a good example for sale by someone who wants $$ for it.

C'mon, what would you let the 928 go for?

Just seeing if anyone wants to trade to make things easier than posting selling paying taxes ect. The car is probably worth between 10k-11k on the higher side. It is in great shape. (not perfect but great shapeforit's age)

How classic? An original 914/6? With 2.0L 6cylinder correctly numbered engine , and another 2.7L better than RS spec MFI engine (around 240 hp)???
Just pondering as I have thought about selling my original six (Irish Green). I am not excited about arrest me red cars but 928s are interesting and should sell easily if I need cash. (which I do).

The 5spd 928 S4 is a fine automobile and does sell fast and brings good money the manual transmissions are very hard to find. Those cars are rockets. I was hoping for a trade myself.
