Welcome aboard ! Good to have another 89 930 on this board. Your numbers look very good.
While I can't read the text with the pictures in your links, I can see that you have done some other work on the car as well. How long have you had it and what else have you done to it? Did you modify the Garrett Turbo yourself?

Sorry to hear that, I have one and it's sweet but my car is a 3.2.
Been running well for 6months now and my friend has been running a gt35 on a 3.3 for a couple years.

I've had a Custom Garret GT3582R from Limit Engineering on oil cooling only for a year now with no problems. But then again my car is a street car only with some spirited bursts here and there.

Thanks for experience! I wish to add, that 412 hp I have received on pressure 0,87bar.K-Jetronic and intercooler is stock... The only thing, that was not pleasant to me - that having inflated there is about 3200 Water cooling I has muffled - so experts have advised... Probably on it the turbine has burned down...
It is very interesting, what altered in the Custom Garret GT3582R? How it cool? When it starts spool up?Tell more in detail, please, as cooling your turbine and where oil moves is arranged?

412hp at the wheels for a CIS car at 0.87 bar sounds really good. Do you have a dyno chart showing the AFRs as well? What kind of dyno did you use for your run above?
Regarding my turbo, the thing about these custom turbo suppliers is that they don't like giving out details on their work, so I don't have much information. I am pasting some text from a post of mine in another thread of mine long ago:
It's oil cooled only, the water ports have been plugged. Regarding the oncoming of the spool my response will have to be highly perception based since I have not done any accurate tests on that. So please don't take this info as claimed facts, just what I 'think' I've observed: In higher gears like the 6th I seem to have noticed the boost gauge jump up at around 2200. In lower gears at around 2800-3000. But again, in lower gears when I accelerate it's so damn fast I usually struggle balancing my eyes between the road and the gauges.

"We measured the Turbine exducer and it was 64mm. I'm guessing the inducer would be about 74mm which would match approximately some P trim wheels. The "claim" is though that this is a clipped Q trim wheel. Apparently this is what my builder was told. They've had a business relationship working at races going back lots of years. The compressor inducer measured 62.66mm."

I shall establish tomorrow Garrett hybrid T3/T4 A/R 0.63. Whether can someone share experience? What forecasts will be?
