Don't forget Fabcar.

Never used it. Just an option.

With that hargetts do you lose your ebrake? It looks like it mounts where the ebrake goes in one of their pics on their site.

Well IMHO the Hargetts looks killer, but it doesnt look like it will make a nice fitment into Sameers cars interior without looking overkill. Atleast the Wevo looks like you can replace the stock, and still use a shift boot and make it blend in to the interior.

Got my eyes on the Hargett shifter. Contrary to some, not all of us need ebrakes!

Lets wait and see cause it's a matter of time before I get either one. However I think the WEVO shld be much cheaper.

I prefer the Wevo...that other thing looks like it belongs on a track car, and that's cool. I looked at the Wevo, and then the factory short shifter, but have decided to keep the stock shifter and shift feel...it has something to do with the character of the car and I've gotten used to it. In my experience with shortened shift throws, the driver tends to shift faster and that GREATLY increases synchro wear. Just my $.02

I think Brian said you can keep the e brake. You just need to make sure it's adjusted tight, but you lose the console around it (and the heater function?).

I have the Hargett shifter. I had it anodized black, which helps the blend issue for the interior. I don't use a e-brake but it was designed to still retain and use the stock e-brake. I have shifted the WEVO, and the FabCar. They are nice, but Hargett's shifter is by far superior in smoothness, placement and feel.

motorhead,
Thanks for the input. Who needs a console, I'd rather have the Hargetts shifter. Thx guys.

If you lose the console then you lose all the A/C and heater controls then right???? I like that hargett shifter but not enough to lose those things, at least the A/C anyways
