Is there a site where I can find some history of the car? I don't have the possibility to have a look at the car at this point and I won't buy a car just from the ad and some pictures, could be pictures from someone else car.

It will be tough to get more info on a RoW Turbo. The COA is really odd...1978 RoW chassis number designated a 1979 model year with 1979 engine and transmission and equipment for California??

It also was converted overseas by Atlantic Conversion Services. I saw number 594 today and it does not have this plate it has a black sticker with the vin. Were others converted with Atlantic Conversion Services or maybe just California cars?

Yes, certificate looks fake. Maybe an old version of the standard one... I would ask for a new one if I was the seller.

Stated by Idart, no RoW car would have California equipment (emissions) or a Cali engine number. The CoA looks to be a Fugazi, regardless if the buyer gives you a new copy the VIN, motor and equipment doesn't match a RoW built '79 930. The seller has a lot of explaining to do, you could find much better.

Updated chassis # list below. It’s interesting that the PTS cars are all in a sequence, 1155-1158. Only about 20 chassis numbers left to be filled in. It's unfortunate that Photobucket photos were lost in this thread.
