Amber, what do the rockers with rubber strip weigh in at each?
I'll get exact numbers tonight when I get home. I'm thinking of no rockers but leaving the G50 covers on the Tbar holes. Scouring the web at this point for ideas:

Would be kinda cool looking if it had yellow zinc fasteners holding it on. Also gotta clean up the Tbar cover.

Clean everything up and just try the stock covers with the zinc fasteners....it'll look 'purposeful' as it should.

OK, drivers side rocker, rubber trim, end caps, fasteners, spacers, and Tbar cover came in at 7.2#'s. Put the Tbar cover back on and I'm sure we are at a loss of 7#'s per side. I also got the remaining A/C lines out so there has to have been a few pounds there too.

Rumor has it that 15#'s is good for 1 HP. I'll take it.

the black 930 has approximately 700 crank horsepower. so, power to weight ratio is good!

It's raining out so no better picture than I posted on the previous page.

It looks like there is a rub line, but nothing that can't be polished up to look OK. Can't really tell yet if there is clear coat down there or not. I think there is, but not sure.

....and 700 into 2300 is nuts. 0.30HP/pound.

I'd have to get my car down to 755#'s to have the same power to weight ratio.

Rule of thumb 100 lbs equals 10 hp. 1.5 hp.

700 hp. Yeah, I'd say that's a good ratio.

Had a few minutes tonight to play with the car and have it mocked up close to what I'll be happy with. Basically need to swap out the washers for black ones then she's ready to hit the streets.

That looks much better. I need to take mine off but have to deal with the rock guards.

With the rockers gone and RS door panels now down to 2520 with 18 gals of gas so about 2410 fuel dry.
At this point about every easy reduction done...would have to be bumper replacement time, or remove sun roof mechanism/panel or FG body panels.
Have not doen the perlon carpet deal yet but not sure if that is much weight savings....looks good though.

What was the difference for the RS panels alone?

no actual weight but...I lost another 20 lbs since last weigh in..so rockers/rubber strip and door panels...guessing 5 lbs since the rockers et al weigh about 15.

I went all the way to RSR panels. I'm sure it was several pounds lighter, but not like taking out the spare.

Merry Christmas folks.
