Smile 911S purchase advice

I would really appreciate a comment on a prospective 911 purchase.
It is currently on e-bay, Item #190424619309, under the tutelage/restoration by "California Porsche Restoration" in Falbrook, CA.

Does the price seem commensurate with the car? I spoke at great lengths with the owner, Brian, and he gives a tremendous sense of good attitude, + his website is A+ as far as procedures of restoration, in this case, a 2 year old one.

I am new to 911 ownership, yet have been looking a long time and so far no results.
I understand the market is soft, and that possibly an "E" might be a better choice, but this 911 would not be a daily driver in traffic...
Thank you for kind opinions.
Regards, Alberto

Welcome, but a hint: Post the actual link to make it easier to look. I know, I'm nitpicking.

This company gets high marks.

I'd search the prime auction databases, Early 911 registry and perhaps Porsche Market Letter for price comparos, but this seems in the market pricing.

Nice looking car, looks like prices of these cars have come off the peak from a couple years ago pretty well. Oh by the way CPR has a very good rep from what I read.

A well tuned S is no problem to drive in traffic - by my standards. You will never regret an early S.
Pretty car

PS. no, no PPI. I was very trusting, as Brian, the principal at California Porsche Resto. was extremely
forward with all info, most hospitable and also gave me a full 90 day warranty from A to Z.
Had a friend drop in unannounced and took a good look, drove it, and apart for a couple of small issues
that were addressed, no problem.
I am extremely pleased as the car is just great. Drove it over 500 miles this week and I absolutely love it.
It is a wonderful 911, raw, just the way it should be...

If you got it at Calif Porsche Resto, you should have no problems. They seem to have a stellar reputation.
