w00t...I can be opinionated; I'm glad somebody listens. I do love the early cars and threads just like this one - thanks swift.
911s all have a distinction thats a bit hard to describe. Only those deeply involved with these cars can begin to explain it. We've all read the threads debating 915/G50, but few chime in on the 901 crunch box. The early cars are more mechanical, but I think more "metallic" describes it if you can imagine it.
Door lock ***** you actually have to pull up on, smooth chrome door handles, seat tracks that clang and resonate thru the whole cabin, a wildly bouncing tach needle, a big thin rimmed steering wheel - all the while the same cozy accommodating cabin, but the brakes take more effort and there's two batteries...it goes on and on and it's as lovely as any 911, any year including an 07 997.2. Now what the heck is this PDK?

WB, I've revived an old thread of mine to talk about the PDK. https://rennlist.com/forums/showthre...ferrerid=76429
I did not want to hijack this thread. To the OP, can you throw us some more bones...like pictures of the interior on your beauty.
