I'd move on. For $13-14K, you can easily find a nice 84-86 Carrera with similar miles to that SC, in much better condition that that SC. A more solid car for a little bit more will be a better value in the long run. $12.5K is too much for that car.

Yup, the 912E was sold 20 minutes after I passed on it. Left me with an immediate case of non-buyer's remorse, which has passed too, thank God.

I believe they will go the way of rare Porsche's at some point. The RAT motor may not be the best for originality but would make for a great driver. Some of Jake's motors are really strong for a type iv or any 4 banger
