But at least your harder to catch if you're moving!

Fan belt in tool kit, basic necessities..... the difference between a 10 minute DIY and Hell!

Add to that:
Tire inflator
Tire plugs and tool
Fuses
DME relay
Jack
Lug wrench

Anyone like to add to this?

Good list. I've got all of the above, plus:
jumper cables
old running shoes, in case I need to leave the car and get somewhere fast
blanket in case I need to get on the ground, or to wrap a flat tire in
spare keys (ignition and wheel locks) hidden under the car
multimeter, in case any electrical problems need debugging

There are a few more things that I _should_ have, but the above is what I actually do.
flares
first aid kit
camera, to document accident

+ 1 on a spare key. I'm thinking about safety wiring one somewhere on my car under some duct tape.

I also carry spare crimp on butt connectors and a crimp tool, several flashlights, a multi-tool, allen key set, and mini screwdrivers. I have a long distance travel bag all set to go for longer trips that includes a spare front wheel bearing set w dust cap, jumper cables, flares, spare belts, headlight bulb, wire, first aid kit, and GPS.
