Default Anyone familiar with this 1981 911?

This one is pretty close to me, see it was listed for sale by J. Frazier at some time recently. Price looks right ($15,9800) but have not seen in person yet.

Assuming that there is no hidden issues and its a rust free car...sounds like a nice buy. Looks well documented car with low milage that is worth checking into. Must see in real life...sometimes pictures make cars look better than what they are.

Well I have been looking (not in any rush mind you) for a month or so now and that is one of the better prices with under 100k miles I have found. Been checking ebay, rennlist classifieds, samba.com, pelican, autotrader and cars.com

most seem to be (for 80-89 cabs) in low to mid $20's

This car is a buy under 15k. They have been listing it at an opening price just shy of 15k with no takers. Used to be mine.

Where is he lifting from? It looks like he is just in front of the tub corners on the sway bracket?

It sounds a bit high for an SC. But an independent PPI will tell. Make sure you check the headstuds in the PPI - spend the extra $s to be sure.

Where are you seeing it as $15k? Listing shows $18,900

Like the one above on craigs list the best of the two. but for just a few dollars more, and lower mileage, like this one better:

Anyone have thoughts, etc. on the seller? He seems to list quite a few here for sale on a regular basis.

Sport seats, H-4s and I'd be done.

Which are you referring to?

Mussberger,
I saw this car ad, and it's nice for the price. Unfortunately, I want a targa (or cab if a Carrera).

If someone wants a coupe, this is a nice one.

Quick q... could not find answer here-

all other things such as mileage, maintenance, etc. being equal, is there a reason to choose a 1990-1993 model over a 1987-1989 or vice-versa?
