The problem with my targa is that all the chrome clashes with my gold chains. So installed gold 'porsche' script on the rear so at least I'm not tacky.

BTW, I do love my targa. Perfect compromise between a coupe and a cab-- still solid and can do DEs w/o a roll cage but get an open air roadster....

My little buddy.

Very nice.

Yup, that's the color. That is what help sell me on the car. At first, I did not really like it. But, the more I looked, the more I liked. Now I am as happy as ever with the color.

I hope Porsche considers a design like that, not what they are calling a Targa today!.

Last week marked my 23rd year of ownership with this one.
Nothing like open air motoring and the sounds you get on a track with the top off.

That tobacco metallic targa makes me want to cry... I had a 79 with that same color scheme - even had the rear euro tail lights! Damn, brings back memories... Beautiful car.

Enjoy!

Just sold my coupe so this will have to do for now. They say the Targa is an acquired taste but I believe its more like habit forming. Definately Targa weather and I can't get enough of that open air cruizing.

My eight year old daughter says don't sell it daddy and my wife pointed out that the four of us wont fit in a Speedster. Guess I forgot that the speedster is only 2 seats so for now looks like we are a Targa family.
Cheers,
Jim

Goshdarnitfrigglefraggle$%#@^&*, I didn't think you would part with it easily. I'll trade you a very nice 928s4, includes rear seats, plus some $$$. The A/C works really good too!

Everytime I see it I like it even more.
