To each his own. I have driven 915 and G50 3.2's and while they are great cars, I like the older ones better. The G body 2.7's and SC's just feel lighter and more raw. I also like the 915 transmission better. The G50 feels a little too "mass produced honda-like" for my taste.

I have the 915 gear box, and do agree with you on the feel of the 915. I have driven many of the older cars as well and yes they are lighter and can be more alive. I think the way my motor is done with the SSI and borla pipe and steve wong chip, its really getting close to that lighter feel. I have also a 3.3 liter turbo in the garage which is great on the highway and very comfy, just too soft for the curves.
