All those people speculating and paying ADMs on the 4RS are in for a big surprise - I see dozens in LA, in fact way more than the GT4 on the street, canyons, track and C&C (at least 2 to 1). The SRS is the on to get if holding value is the main consideration.

Can confirm that this appears to be correct. Just had a confirmation on my 4RS order for July/August delivery this year. From what we've been told is that production for the 718 RS will be done in August 2024 for aus with all cars to be delivered before 1st January 2025.

982s ending sale in EU because upcoming cybersecurity deadline was briefed to media at RR7.
PAG R&D Chief briefed: “The June 2020 regulations will come into effect in Europe, Japan, and South Korea in July 2024 – marking the end of the 982 Boxster and Cayman in those markets.
Dr Steiner said the 982 will continue in other markets without those regulations…”

I wouldn't get your hopes up for Porsche to continue producing the GT4RS and Spyder RS for the US, and a handful of other markets, when the rest of Europe, Japan, South Korea, and Australia are done. The other 718s, sure. We all know Porsche likes to keep their GT cars in demand, so they are incentivized to cut off production a point less than total demand.

Looking at the below, if MY24 numbers come in with a similar breakout (the below includes MY22 and MY23), that will bring the production totals to around 7,000 - 8,000. If we get lucky, the US and a few other markets might get a few extra for MY25.

EU production or rest of the world 718 sunset dates all academic discussion for me, my RS enters production in 2 months.

That was "revealed" last week. And it is not model specific, so at best, it puts a LATEST date on it. Anyone's guess, as usual.
