Anyone getting this? Will it fix itself?

I just recently (last few days) had a VIN show up and it's still on step 2. Step 3 (production start) is showing as Apr. 4 for me. Hopefully that means it's already scheduled and it just hasn't updated on the order page.

The last few threads have been mildly amusing, and would have been downright funny if it was not me, but it is me and…… I’m probably the only one here that WANTS my car to be delayed as long as possible so i can save up!! But my good old mate Murphy came to the rescue….so far every milestone of the car has been bang on the predicted dates……i can’t win!!!

Yes..fake.
My car will be transported by truck ...1500 from Germany . It was built on 2/22, it has been there sitting for more than one month and no one knows the damn reason
If you give a date you can't commit to ..simply..don't give it. Even less move it X times in 20 days intervals
They absorb more than they can take and that is due to crappy logistics, which I was not expecting from Porsche
Maybe due to accommodating / low standards buyers is why brands end up doing whatever they want ....this is not a 5 eur book from Amazon ...it is a 200k eur car...and when you have a build slot and the car goes into production it must be accurate ....

It’s quite annoying and painful to witness your whining about not getting your luxury car at a given date. It’s not like it’s the end of the world by no means whenever you get your car. Mine was postponed like 3 months due to Ukraine and I couldn’t be bothered at all. Just got it in time to complete the run in, before putting it away for 22/23 winter. Porsche has to comply to all sorts of IRL events like transportation workers going on strike etc. and will do their best to get the cars shipped to it’s customers, so get a grip and do something positive instead of complaining on RL. People are being killed and made homeless all over the world each day so a car not being delivered at a specified date isn’t really ANYTHING to bitch about!
No transport problem in my case as it is EU..learn to read ...
And again ..so you don't forget...I bitch about whatever and whenever I want...

Having done this a number of times, the dates in TYD are estimates and mostly fiction.

I'd much rather have it than nothing at all. It relieves some pressure from your Sales Associate... the actual milestone achievements are accurate... it's just the future target dates move a lot without explanation, which creates frustration.
