Why do yo think MY24 will be a short run?

No indication of that.

In fact quite the opposite; current 718s run concurrent with EVs for a year or two.

Yes I considered this, I am just not a huge fan of estimating, that's why I started this project to begin with.
Also my own car is one the very last car manufactured for NA and it would be really cool (for me at least) if it is actually the last one for the US market.

Saw a production schedule that only showed mfg dates until March 24. Maybe I didn’t get page two but everything I’ve seen says EV only 2025. 🤷🏻‍♂️

PAG leadership says concurrent for a “couple” of years post launch. google 718 EV follow-on or browse PAG newsroom

If stopping in Mar 2024 no reason to upgrade Osnabrucke and restart 718 production this summer

Did find an article that stated that the gas variant will remain for up to two years. 👍🏻

So are we thinking 2024 and 2025 718 Spyder RS's then?

Yes, exactly…that’s my guess.

They didn't specify which models though, perhaps the 4.0 models (CGTS and BGTS) will cease production, and only the 4 pot models will continue.

Time will tell....

Keeping my fingers crossed for you! How long is your trip? I’m scheduled for 7/10 at Leipzig (V300 pushed to 6/23), it’d be great if timing works and we can meet up.

That would be incredible if you could find out.

Pretty sure PAG didn’t expanded capacity to produce a bunch of 4 bangers.

Typically PAG extracts the most from high trims not low when series end.

Hey, all IMHO…

Hey, all IMHO…
Except for the Style, Platinum, Black, Design Editions... essentially the close out of the basic models at the EOL.

Exactly…all special editions, some numbered, to extract maximum return.

Put a few options on a Style and you’re at $90K.

BGTS now sells for original Spyder money.

How many 4RS in NA this year? Expect more next year…maybe more 4RSs after 2 years than GT4 in four.

Add in Spyder RS.

They will use the capacity, sure some base cars in the mix for certain markets. But even those will probably get special models like the China Spyder.

Hey, all IMHO…
China is one of their largest markets, and I'm pretty certain they only get the 4 pots, so there's that....

Also if that were true, why not keep producing the GT4/Spyder? Why continue with just the CGTS and BGTS for MY24?
