Full Bucket seat stop ordering for GT4

PDLS+ (Especially when you see them in base models whilst we can't get them) and LWB make our cars special in their own right, take these away you start to look no different to overpriced base models.

I started my build not knowing what the LWBS were. Having owned a car with them for a year, I think lack of them would be a deal breaker for me. They really elevate the experience.
I don’t understand why they can’t just build more seats…

It sucks because it may be a dealbreaker for me. I just got the allocation last week and production is in May’23. I believe my lock date is in Mar’23.
Should I still have a hope that the bucket seat will be back by then? I’m wondering if no bucket seat is mainly impacting the current production or the upcoming production in Q1’23.
Since my car is in May production and June/July delivery. Is it possible to have that back like previous PCCB situation?

if it is anything like the headlights, you don’t have to do anything Porsche will just replace your buckets with the base seats and someone, at some point, will let you know (hopefully not at delivery like that one dude)

v200 on 11/21/22
Locks on 1/3/23
Delivery 3/10/23
Mine is still showing buckets on TYD but was going to add the PCCBs on but not sure if they can add anything without the seats being removed

I’m wondering how previous PCCB shortage was handled. Are you able to wait or push out the delivery date to wait the coming available later time?
it’s hard to believe this seat is in the severe shortage without any electronics component.
Thanks,

Just got my allocation for a Spyder today, build date May '23. I was told LWB's were not an option so I went with 18 ways. I think this is a special car and the seats don't make or break it for me. I'm going with PDK so some people hate it anyway. Haha. I'm fortunate to have a '16 GT3RS with LWB's so I can get that fix when I want it. This will be my first open top car and I'm excited for the experience with the 4.0 engine howling (with aftermarket exhaust). Everyone has to decide what's important to them.
