Yes, I know. My friend just put them on his new 4RS. He has about -3.3 degrees of camber back there with a bunch of shim and the wheel is till tucked under the fender well.

Apparently Manthey just did their ring lap for the MR package on the gt4rs. Will be interesting to see how well it did.

I have them on my car....adding that much camber is nice but the really good part about them is been able to fit tires without rubbing.
I was able to fit the Hankook F200 in 300/680-19 on 19x11 Forgelines which has a section width of 12.6"...that's a bit more than most 305s
At -2.5 with OEM Dunlops I had slight rubbing on the rear...these really solved a problem that shouldn't happen, bad part is they cost $1K

Can anyone with a GT4 RS show us the nameplate? Is it the same or different?
USA sticker in door jamb says 30F / 34R (psi) 2.1 / 2.3

That's very interesting that they went up 1 lb. both front and rear. Probably for the stiffer spring rates and higher down force. But damn, 34 PSI COLD is high when the rear gets so hot and rear tire pressures can climb easily 6-7 PSI. You are easily pushing 40+ PSI if you are not actively bleeding.

One of the great side effect of running stiffer sidewall tires over the Cup 2's is you can go lower on the PSI. I run 28 COLD PSI all around on my SC3's and they still feel more solid laterally then fully broken in Cup 2's at a higher PSI.

So the GT4 recommended pressure is 2.0/2.3bar or 29/33psi
And the GT4 RS recommended pressure is 2.0/2.3bar or 30/34psi

So the metric measurement stays the same but the imperial one changes?

I think someone needs to work on their unit conversions because 2.0bar = 29psi and 2.3bar = 33.35psi

Here's a photo of my nameplate.

Here is what goog says:

34 pounds-force per square inch=
2.344 bars

So it looks like it depends on whether they are using the imperial or metric measure as the source of truth, and then doing the conversion and rounding from there.

I can see that in the rounding for the rears, but no amount of rounding has 30 psi being equal to 2.0 bar. 29 is almost exactly equal to 2.0, 30 psi is 2.06 which rounds to 2.1.

You guys perhaps don't understand, but as an Engineer, this gives me an eye twitch.

Hey guys- a little off the current topic of tire pressures but we have updated our site to include Girodisc and Pads for the RS. Currently we have 2 sets of rear Giro in stock and should have more fronts available by the end of the month.

I recommend trying the new Girodisc pads, we are seeing extended lifetime out of them compared to other popular offerings with excellent bite.

Shoot us a PM for a competitive quote.

For those that have replaced their brake lines, are you utilizing the Spiegler 6pc kit?

Keep in mind that this 6 piece kit does not cover the rear brakes. Those lines stop at the bracket with the inverted screw as compared to the 981.

I requested their 8 line kit so I dont have to deal with the rear hard line bracket....it adds another pair of lines to replace the hard line.

8 line kit is not shown on the Essex website. If there is a separate PN please post it.

Really? 6 lines just for the front?

Last time I talked about this with Ryan there were about to splitting the brake line kits into separate axles (F &R).
Part number 13.02.13100 is the rear 4-line kit that replaces the flex/hardline.....please note you will get the 4 lines not just the pair to replace the hardline.
Better to call Essex directly and request it other wise they might send you the 6 line kit and then another rear 4 line kit.
