My local dealer has this CPO manual 2024 GT4 in stock. Gave it a drive a couple weeks ago as I was interested, but have decided to keep my GT3. Good spec given it is guards red with buckets and deviated stitching. Full PPF and it is done incredibly well. WP0AC2A80PS275345
2023 GT4RS with ~2k miles loaded build, Weissach, Mags, PCCB, sofa seats. MSRP if built today ~ $220k, listed sale price ~$221k. No CPO so 2.5 years of warranty left. Not a build I would do but tempting especially if I sold the Mag wheels.

I don't follow the market for these very closely, but I wouldn't want one without buckets in it. Whatever money you save if you actually want buckets is getting eaten up by swapping them in. Also color and hood spec matter a lot IMO. A lot of cars with Weissach are bare carbon on the full hood which is not a great look compared to stripe or painted.

I wouldn't get one of these that weren't to my spec.
If you sold the Mags, you'd still have to get some forged Al CL wheels -- they aren't cheap either.
$220 is a steep build and you're buying stuff that you aren't interested in.
What would be your build cost and then add typical ADM -- probably lower that $220K
If I created an ideal build it would be ~185k plus ADM so there is that factor
The sofa seats are not a negative but the Weissach is $$$ I would not spec.
The Mags are a wash as the $$$ I would recover on sale would purchase 2 sets of track wheels which I would have to do anyway.
The other thing always in the back of my mind is for much over $200k a low mileage 991.2 GT3RS becomes a viable option. I like the Croc but not wedded to it by any means.
a few more months of this down market for cars and it will be unsellable lol. What’s crazy is I remember a pts gt3 touring in like slate grey with irons sitting at Porsche South Bay for literally like a year. Something like 217 sticker, They couldn’t give it away for 180. Then Covid happened…
Only $110k USD, plus about $5-6k in import fees, etc.
Na, the car is Canadian but is priced at $150k in US dollars and is sitting in America already so the dealer imported it in. My point is to say that even Canadian cars in the US trade at a discount so $150k US for a car originally in Canada is a pretty tall ask.
I thought I had a buyer, and maybe I still do but he cannot make up his mind. Either way, I have a replacement I want to buy so I will sell this for $129k, and save the buyer more on a bill of sale.

Car has some cool extras, but trying to sell a 718 with all these warranty-voiding extras is a tough sell right now, given every other 718 for sale has warranty or CPO. I would probably wait another year or so, then your car will be more favorable against other warranty-less cars.
