Default Cobb Tuning Accessport for 718 (982) 4.0L NA Engines

After much anticipation, i am about to dyno test one of our local 2022 718 GT4 4.0Ls. The car is bone stock. I have a Cobb Accessport and one of their OTS files that will be released with the AP when it's released to the public. While i can't post any numbers, i'm going to give it the non nonsense sniff test!

Stay tuned!

It is interesting how power builds as compared to my Targa 4S. The turbos are so good in the 911 you barely perceive the turbos. But when you drive them back to back it becomes much more apparent.

So since there are no numbers, how does this compare with the other tunes you have tested?

Curious about comparisons as well

assume most tunes are pretty close to same?

what makes on any different than another? The amount they push the “enevelope”?

I understand that Cobb does not want measured HP and torque numbers. But these graphs are meaningless without the scale.

Can you please provide the HP and torque gains as percentages instead? Maybe what is the max gain and the min gain on each curve as a percentage gain?

Also, why is the fuel cut at 7800 rpm and not at least 8000rpm like a stock GT4? Is this just a feature of the baseline Cobb 4.0 tune?

Looks like about 35 HP gain around 7500 RPM which is pretty decent.

I think they gave him a GTS tune to play with.

Disregard, I was comparing the GTS tune on one page to the GT4 tune on another.
