DS is a bit too bright for me... even my GT Silver is on the light side. If the GT4 came in a charcoalish color I woulda gone there. Still staying in silver grey is but just darker.
I agree!!
GT Silver shows the lines of the car well and is a classic and classy color, but had Agate Gray been a minimal cost option, I would have chosen that over GT Silver.
I'd love to, but they've salted the roads till (literally) they're completely white in some places so I have to wait for warmer weather (and lots of rain). Barely got 1,000 miles on it and they made me put it away!! :-(

Weirdest thing about Porsche owners is our tendency to nitpick imperceptible differences between shades of silver and grey commonly found on Accords and Camrys.

This is true. Most of the paint to sample or special colors are Kia colors. I saw an Olive green Kia today and chalk is almost identical to their chalk.

I am also waiting on my Dolomite Silver build! It's going down the production line right now with a projected 3/11 dealership arrival. Great choice in color combination!
I have not. It took a 6 week delay after arriving at Emden to have the issue corrected of having been produced with incorrect wheels. Delivery should be first week of May. Will definitely post photos here
Dolomite Silver is officially dead for 2023. It has been replaced by Special Color Ice Grey Metallic from the Taycan, alongside the addition of Arctic Grey from the GT4 RS.
Also, an equitable build in 2023 as compared to my 2022, having selected Ice Grey Metallic, would inflate the MSRP from $102k to $106.9k due to the general price increases and paint charge, alone.
Yes, not surprised to see them drop it as I don't think there has been much uptake of it. Amazing colour in person, and will be perfect match for our graphite blue interiors. It is up to you and I to populate this thread now! Mine has landed this week and should be at the dealer any day now.
Here's another picture of my Dolomite Silver Taycan in the sun, which captures the way it looks in real life perfectly. Pure silver, no blue in the paint, only see blue when there is a reflection off a bright blue sky and then it's only at angles. The bluing in certain pictures is not an accurate capture of the color.
