This is awesome! What is the largest size these can be printed out as? I'd love the 2 motor pics and car pic to all be the same size as large as possible without getting too pixelated
I went 80 x 80 cm and its still great resolution. 3.6MB image file.
I went with 24” x 36”, and couldn't be happier! Used FedEx's photo poster printing, where they print it on a hard-backed board that's easy to hang. More details can be found here in post 127.
Yes I am from the UK and had mine printed in Costco. They do 16" x 24", 24" x 36" or 24" x 72" posters. I had mine printed as a 24" x 36" and it looks great. Unfortunately, you do need to be a member to use their services.
I haven't posted any updates here in a while so I thought I would share the latest. I have begun work on the older 981 version of these cars for anyone who might be interested. The original press renderings of these cars were done at a much earlier time and as a result the quality is not on par with the 718 version. Most of the work so far has been updating the image to match the quality of the newer cars. The result is getting close now and I'm in the process of adding the content that was specific to the 981 model. I have started a cutaway thread over on the 981 forum for future updates. Here is what it looks like so far:
What shade of Blue is yours going to be? I have some GT4RS images that I started but I was having trouble finding good source images for the parts that distinguish it from the regular GT4 like the exhaust and what can be seen of the engine. Here is where I left off:
