Looking forward to seeing what they do with the Sugar Land store.
Not my experience with them the last year, I traded back the 991.2 GT3RS car they sold me in late summer 2021 and that got me a Touring allocation at MSRP and a 2022 Macan GTS at MSRP (I traded my 2021 Macan GTS that they sold me when the 2022 one arrived) in Nov 2021 and then they gave me a GT4RS allocation in May before I traded in my GT4 to them in June (although I promised them they would get the GT4).

Any news on ADMs or allocations? Been following the market cooling and am curious to see when this trickles down to the 4RS or possibly when production expands.

My dealer has received 0 allocations so far this year, not just for GT4 RS, but including all Boxsters and Caymans. I chatted with them over the weekend and the salesperson said the situation was similar across the US, China being the priority for Porsche at the moment. Obviously some dealers are getting allocations as there are plenty of people on this board that have one, but I'm preparing for a very, very long wait. He said they expect sports car allocations in the 4th quarter. I really like my dealer, but I admit it was odd being in their showroom and all, or nearly all, the cars for sale were consignments.

I love the brand and have bought two new Porsches from this dealer (I'm not a big spender relatively speaking), but I might have to go elsewhere if I want to continue my passion of burning piles of money at track days.

ADM probably won't be cooling on a car of this statute anytime soon unless you know someone or have a strong purchasing history with a dealer

They have been supportive of my track activities...my engine GT3 engine replacement went extremely smoothly. In addition, they have subsidized track costs at MSR in return for a little of the track time for potential buyers.

I'm not anywhere close to 19 cars either, but I've got a similar 'agreement.' Sold them my F250, and told them they could have the GT4 whenever they want it. No phone call yet, though.

Default Just got called for an allocation for a November build.

Socal dealer asking 100k ADM.

I might just put the deposit down and take a long time contemplating since its refundable. I feel a lot of buyers are starting to back out maybe?

Don't do it, you can easily get an allocation for $100k over at a lot of dealers. I'm sure $50k over will be obtainable soon.

Every dealer Ive called within reasonable distance of me says they arent getting any allocations any time soon.

Is there any harm in putting a deposit down to hold a build while shopping/waiting for a potential better deal? It's hard not to buy into the hype TBH.

Curious how you got you car to $217k?
Almost every option!

Did a black/blue/grey build. I think it will work well in person. Fingers crossed.

I think MB is a great looking color.

I have started reconsidering my build for the 4RS. As it seems to really be a track car, I’m starting to dial back any “comfort” options. Seems like it’s just a waste on a track car. I may even go black deviated stitching to make the car more Motorsport.

If they'll take it why not? The ones I talked to just want the ADM upfront for a guaranteed spot; otherwise it might be first come, first serve

At least in our market, which are US Spec cars, the first allocations from late last year/early 2022 are now starting to reach V250. Should be in production shortly if no more delays happen.
These allocations basically cover production from August till November '22......our dealer received 6 of these (keep in mind he is the importer and only dealer - probably biggest GT dealer for Porsche Latin America)
As for extra allocations.....zero, zip, nada....lot's of people on the list starting to get a bit impatient. Maybe towards Q4 they might get more for production into 2023 but they stopped taking deposits and configuring cars to place on demand orders.

Dealer just quoted me $120k ADM? Any chance to hold out for possibly $25k over, that’s probably the absolute most I would go on this.

You are going to have a long long wait...if its even possible. I don't see them dropping ADM's below 50k.
