Guys, the ADM game is what you are willing to pay for.
Some people were willing to chase NFTs or Luna to the moon and beyond at one point. Buyer's prerogative.
But the fact is this vehicle will be in series production until 2024.
People didn't wanna listen on the 991.1R. Not again came the 991.1 GT3RS. Went even crazier with the GT2RS.
WHERE ARE THESE GENIUSES today???
Let folks pay what they want. I ain't paying a dime above, and am pretty sure I'll still lose money when I sell my (now locked) July build after years. And if I ain't getting a car, so be it. This is not a dogmatic but a practical matter--I do have to meet the seller's ask from time to time on truly rare cars. But that statement of rarity is inapplicable to anything purchased from a dealer from today's Porsche--that includes all GT cars.

These are my thoughts exactly. That’s a backup option because it seems the stripe is pretty expensive for what it is. Other option was just to replicate the stripe with a vinyl wrap.. but it just doesn’t feel the same. 😢

I'm sure I've paid a small ADM through buying and trading cars in back to the dealer but all my GT cars are bought at MSRP.

I have never had the opportunity to own a 918. I have only been purchasing different Porsche vehicles for a little over a year and was able to get the 4RS and a GT3 Touring both PTS and NO ADM.

Many are in geographic localities where charging over MSRP is illegal. But even then, the dealers still find often their way to squeeze more profit from the transaction such as required trade ins at low value, mandatory options bloat, required purchase history, or required dealer add-ons like provided PPF, ceramic coat, financing, service plans, warranties, etc.
