thoughts on silver wheels with the black?
it’s hard to get a feel for the standard gunmetal color but was trying to avoid black rims.
I've always referred to the Black with silver wheels as the Bad Boys Style option....EPICCCCC! My next gt3 will proly be this combo. Black wheels are yesterday's style imo, we are back to light color wheels

For all of those who are actually getting allocations? Do you know at what level they are decided at? Evidently at my **** show of a dealership the Owner of the entire f'ing chain are the ones making it.

That's usually what ends up happening for rare cars. The sales manager is usually the one that picks (at least at my dealership), but he says for things like the 4RS, it goes to the owners friends and family and he has no say in it. For things like a GT4, he oversees the list and picks who gets the allocations.

Gotcha. I've heard in the past it was the GM of the dealership....but evidently on the 4RS(and upcoming 3RS) The owner of the entire big *** chain are the ones making the decisions :/

Same with my dealership, the sales manager decided where all of the allocations go and then tells the SAs if their customers received any of the allocations. It's been working like that for the past 6 years that I've done business with them (including with the previous sales manager).

That'd be a lot preferable than the ****bag owner making all the decisions.

Just checked mine as I had a similar freeze point and TYD isn’t working for me, it was earlier today.

Last and best, Lmfao. Best is highly subjective and last gas GT Porsche, I wouldn’t count on it. 1 million dollars. lol. Sounds like meme stock logic.

Yup, it really sucks. My sales manager is a true car guy (drives a 3RS) and would love to give it to real car enthusiasts like us on Rennlist - but he has no say in it. He hates the process himself. All these VIP friends and family buying a car they know nothing about and it just sits collecting dust until 12 months later when they trade it in for the latest rare car and profit +$100k in the process. Rinse and repeat.
