MY 21 started after August holiday. MY 22 started in July. This for 718s; think 992 MY 21 started in July.

I think model years might be different on the 4RS'? I heard (obviously might be incorrect) that May/June allocations are MY'22 and then July onward will be MY'23.

Does your build sheet say V200? I was told simlar but mine will not turn V200 until a few months out which is more of a promise until officially confirmed.

Not possible. PTS cars don't begin delivery until August the earliest.

I'm paying $25k, but I have also been greened for a GT3 RS.

Is my dealer stringing me along? First on the GT4RS list, no deposit, one allocation in March. No ADM, MSRP trade-in on my 2021 Turbo S . .

I would say so... I had to put a $10k deposit down the day before launch. That's when they got info about the cars, but not about the allocations. Me & a few others have been chatting about everyone seems too think they're getting a car, but once again very few have. Yet everyone complains about ADM's.... Of course there will be some ADM, but if you're a solid customer for a period of time it's not going to be insane.

Dealers are like a box of chocolates; you never know what you're going to get. (from dealer to dealer)

I was looking for a 992 GT3 allotment, having sold my 991.1 GT3. No 992 GT3s to be found at 'normal' prices. This GT4RS is Plan B but now even that looks "iffy".

Not necessarily. It depends on your relationship with your dealer.

Thats Porsche Austin for you. There are other dealers out there that don't charge a ADM to their good relationship customers. As there are customers that have an unrealistic expectation of the value of their trade-in due to the current market. Apparently you got in on the lower end of the ADM ($25k) when there are reports from others which were told up to $100k ADM.

My dealer won't take anything less than $150k over for a guaranteed 992 GT3 now. Not people leading you on you know?
