I built a fairly loaded spec (WP, stripe, buckets, PCCB's, etc) exactly as I wanted it with a May build slot. The dealer was happy to see the allocation stay local and I am sure he was thrilled to take in my trade. I agreed ( not forced) to finance the difference for a few months. It is a win win in my ability to rationalize anything mind.😂💕💕

I have been like an OCD Pitbull on my mission to get a GT4RS from the first time I saw one at the track. I hope to use the car as a daily and as a lite track car (3-5 times a year.)
Now the wait begins but from what the dealer said, the car should arrive by July. I am just thrilled!

Maybe a VIP customer that sees this could help out with a call to PCNA?

Isringhausen Imports and Porsche West Palm Beach each show one v200 (changeable) BGTS allocation available in PVMS... Probably locking soon... Not sure if they're actually spoken for or not, but might be worth a couple phone calls...

Question GT4RS Allocation Question

I have a v200 allocation confirmed with the commission number as of 11/27/2023. My feeze point is scheduled on 7/4/2024, with a dealer delivery scheduled for 10/21/2024! While I tried to research why, I could not find any reason. Are parts not available? Non-PTS (Guards Red) car. I see nothing special on my spec that would cause the long lead time. Does anyone have insights as to the 4RS production schedules? It seems like I will have the last one coming off the line :-(

That is a big gap from allocation to delivery. I received my allocation Dec 1 and my 4RS is currently sitting in Emden waiting to leave next week.

The dealers received all remaining MY24 allocations late Oct last year.

You just grabbed one of the last ones.

Looks line it also straddles the August Holiday period.

Nothing strange

I am happy yours is through the process. I am a bit sad that I am waiting so long and with no understanding from the dealer and no way that I know of to ask Porsche. Oh well...When the weather is good, time to pull out the GT3 and have some fun this driving season :-)

My freeze point was 12/12. Estimated dealer delivery ( east coast) is 3/13. So yours is only about 2 weeks longer. If yours is west coast that could be most of the extra time is on the boat.

My freeze point is July 4th and delivery is October 21. Seems like a lot longer. It's okay though. I am normally curious about the "why," but there are so many variables to contend with on a build. Yes, I am on the west coast.

I have a freeze date of 7/4/24 and an estimated delivery date of 10/3/24. Looks like we both have one of the last of the 2024MY units.

Mine is 100 days from freeze date (today) to delivery (end of May). Yours is 109 days. Reasonable, given the factory is closed in August.
