I assume you mean what, besides MSRP, would be involved cost wise...? In other words, already negotiating the ADM (or whatever takes the place of outright ADM). ?? Will you be at liberty to disclose such negotiations? I assume not, at least before the fact.

I think "718 Speedster" would work well.

I have to agree, Speedster is for the 911. I think that it will be variation an additional descriptor to the Spyder name, like 'R'

Spyder R would make sense too. But, let's not forget that "Speedster" doesn't belong to the 911. Porsche was making Speedsters before the 911 was even a thing.

I really don't care what they call it. My 2 cares are that my dealership gets an allocation for me and that the price is such I can justify the purchase.

Personally in the camp of don’t care about the name.

But doubt PAG would press release a definition of RS to include sporty/fun car.

You hear the same thing from AP in every interview.

They have used RS liberally in the not too distant past.

RS America
Spyder RS60

Does anybody really think 718 was a random moniker and that there wouldn’t be a 718 Spyder RS to celebrate past history?

I just can't believe that...

The good news would be that I am not in the market for a $350k car!

Nope... What exactly are we expecting? CAlexio said it wasn't a launch. So what is it then? especially knowing production doesn't start until June 2023... a year from now.

What’s going to happen on Monday?

In all honesty, given how hungry and gouging the stealerships have been in the US, I don’t think I will be able to afford one even if the MSRP was close to GT4 RS due to ADM…

Also, if it is only PDK not attractive enough for me. Don’t give a poop if I’m 2 secs slower per lap with a 6 speed, it just makes me enjoy it a lot more on open road and canyons.

I also would like a manual, however if Porsche could make the PDK so it ONLY works as a manual without a clutch I might be persuaded

Isn’t that “M” mode? If not, then what is the difference?
