They could move it another 90 deg facing back, like on all 981/982...using the regular side ducts.
good point - I forgot that they effectively had to turn the GT3 around "backwards" to enable the mid-engine configuration, so the GT3 TB would have been facing fwds on the GT4RS ... hence they rotated "up" 90 deg ...

Yes...and the top position on the plenum makes it easier to duct the air coming from the new intakes on the side windows.
The 981/718 CS didn't have to worry about it since those are race cars without interior.

Actually you really didn’t. You stopped way short but are now trying to take credit. Interweb telepathy didn’t work as you intended. #Metoo

Way short, really? This pretty much says it.

The suspension would easily come across and could be tuned as you say for the Spyder, I really don't see a huge problem for the intake either, the GT3 engine Primary TB is on top of the plenum and facing up, they could retain the plenum and move it to the rear edge and orientate it just as it is on the 9A2 engine, possibly even use the current intakes or spice it up a bit with a little creativity and IMHO make for an interesting look on each side of the Spyder.
The 'it' in red refers to the 'Primary TB'... Remembering that we are discussing the GT3 engine in the 718 chassis.

WIth the end of the Spyder coming up by 2024 at the latest most likely wouldn't you think they would have announced and released the GT4RS and Spyder RS at the same time? It's not going to happen, we would have heard or seen something about it by now. They wouldn't put all that R&D into a car they will produce for 1 year.

Try again! You're talking about hypothetical without providing any historical data for your argument. You are expecting to be taken at your word without providing any scientifical background of why and whereas.

Yes, its a GT3 engine in a 718 engine chassis. Remember that even a regular 718 engine gets its airfeed from the back in a horizontal manner just like a 911 engine does.

^^^ You have got to be kidding me, I forgot how you like to troll, this is a speculation thread about a car that has yet to be announced or has even been seen in testing, of course it is hypothetical!

Scientific background... historical data...

This has been all discussed ad nauseam in the previous 500 posts.

Was the 991.2 Speedster released at the same time as the 991.2 RS?

The R&D was sunk into the GT4 RS, putting it into the Spyder easy decision.

Do used cars (in Tx) get charged for sales / property tax? Resold by dealer.
