Oof...the mismatch of black plastic and hard aggressive lines/vents with the speedster roof/back is.... interesting to say the least. Add PDK only and this is a bit of a conundrum. Very much like the previous ZR1 with the convertible ZTK crazy aero....it just looks so tacky and out of place.

I bought airplane wifi to get the news! lol
It’s as predicted, kudos to the assorted cleaning ladies. No real surprises.
A few questions / comments:
- Is it 30mm lower than spyder, or was that an erroneous statement on TG? I thought the 4RS was same ride height as gt4
- if not 30mm lower, given the shorter splitter, does it really need FAL? I can just get by on my spyder without.
- I sure would like to see one person put up the roof. lol Both videos used 2 people. As well as show us the weather protector.
- No green. Bummer. Unless pts, I guess. But then need cxx for other interior aspects to match my green / yellow baby. More and more money. lol The launch spec does look nice, but will 90% of the cars match it? At least shark blue is offered.
- CALexio said he was wrong about “limited production.” I missed any reference to production. What was said? Maybe more than 1 year?
- Unless they are just being careless with words, I keep hearing “last NA boxster.” So no Boxster R, then.

I’m sure Leno and Seinfeld will like their’s just fine. :-/

The cow bells do actually look better then I thought they would. But that top looks like a handful if you don't have help.

I think these early videos are wrong, it is 30mm lower than a standard 718. No way it is 30mm lower than a Spyder / GT4. Even when you take another 10mm out of the Spdyer / GT4 it starts looking really low. These wheel gaps are the same IMO as the standard GT cars.

An in depth talk. Given how he says open roadster with racing engine is essence of Porsche, I am disappointed they couldn’t have taken the MT step to really honor that sentiment.

Wow that looks terrible. Also lol at an RS (more lol for Weissach package) on a car that many groups won’t even allow on track.
