I got one last year for my Macan and it's a good product. It's cheaper than the Porsche-branded product but I can't speak to any quality comparison. I got the Cayman cover at half price at carcover.ca but they may be on Amazon too.
Done a few things over the last few days. Pretty sure I haven’t posted it here, so here it is.

A little pricey but cheaper then the official Porsche CF frame. They have 2 versions, 1 with just the PORSCHE and the other with PORSCHE and a logo on each side. I like the simple version more.

Walmart - the only place I could find one since I wanted the same.
Have been using these silicone backers for a while. Keeps the plate from touching the car and eliminates any rattles. Gives the plate a small black frame. Oh, and it's inexpensive.
