Did a couple of things. Installed an Antigravity battery. Installed a Guru rack so I can tow a trailer to the track. I know most people will hate it, but I like driving to the track and this allows me to bring my track tires and more tools. Tows great and easy install for the hitch. The wiring on the other and was a pain. Basically had to strip the entire interior. Had to run the brake light to the third brake light, and the tail lights to the license plate light, and of course the turn signals to each tail light.
Also installed a Recaro Podium. Only weighs 13 pounds. I mounted it using a BBi autosport base, which weighs 15 pounds. Bought an extra seat belt harness that plugs right into the oem wiring harness, so no seat belt warning. I also swapped over the position sensor, but still getting the airbag light. Local shop thinks they can code it out, so we will see next week, when it's there getting stiffer springs installed and realigned. Seat is very comfortable. It sits lower and gives me more leg room, which at 6-4 it really helps. I'll know for sure in a few weeks how comfortable it is, after an 8 hour drive to Sebring. Still waiting on my roll bar to install my harness. Should be good to go after that.
You mention this:

Their webpage (if I got the right place) just shows a bike rack, where did you get the hardware that actually provides a hitch on the car?

Thanks!
Sure. Like I mentioned before, they weld a 1-1/4" receiver to a plate and bolt that to your bumper beam. You can use the receiver for whatever you want like a bike rack or a trailer hitch.
I bought a 1-1/4" trailer ball mount from Uhaul
My car is in the shop getting an alignment, but here is a picture of another 718 with the same set up.

@jwr9152 Sorry if this is a dumb question, but what all has to happen to get them your bumper beam? Did you remove that yourself? Get a shop to do it? And then I guess you find a big *** box and just ship it wrapped in bubble wrap...?
When I configured the car, I opted to go with black for the Porsche logo since the silver option would be the only silver on the car (other than inside the headlights). I would have preferred an option for it to be body-colored but that wasn't offered.
So I spent $10 to pick up a small roll of car vinyl film that is pretty much a match for Shark Blue and painstakingly cut out letters for the logo. I've ended up with this. I'll have to see how well it holds up. The cutouts aren't quite perfect but at any distance they seem good enough..
Application was helped by the film being made so that it has to be set with a heat gun once in stuck in place. I doubt they would hold up to a pressure wash but then again I'll never do that anyway. I pulled one back off after a while to replace it with a more cleanly cut one and the first one seemed to be holding pretty well.
To make the letters, I hunted down a good image of the official PORSCHE logo and then kept reprinting it at various scales until the letter sizes matched those on the rear of the car. Then I used those as stencils.
Here's the overall look and a closeup of one of the letters. The color variation in the letter is just from the reflections off the glossy surface.
Edit: I'm attaching the logo I used as the template for the letters in case others want to give it a try. On my printer I had to scale it to 21% and they matched right up. That will vary for everyone.
