Side Air Intake Grills: Available
Thanks to Eric at the Radiator Grill Store (https://www.radiatorgrillstore.com/) for developing these for us, the only one that actually makes these. Not only do they prevent rocks and other debris from entering the air intakes but they look factory made. And they are very easy to install: remove your factory intake pieces, which is very easy and takes less than a minute; here is a video to help you remove them:
I have a 2021 Spyder and opted to replace the factory intake piece with the 2 pieces that come on the GT4 but they work with the factory piece as well on the Spyder and GT4. Once your remove the factory intake piece simply place the grill in first and reinstall the factory pieces. I posted some pictures below and will post more when I get it out of the garage next time - I just got the car a few days ago.
If you have any questions feel free to contact Eric (radiatorgrills@gmail.com) and he will get right back to you....a great guy who strives on delivering a high-quality product for us in the Porsche community, and many other makes/models as well. I can also help answer questions so PM me if so since I would be happy to help since I really like these since the quality and fitment is great.

I've been waiting for these, need them for my '21 GTS 4.0. However the website says they specifically DO NOT fit the 4.0 vehicles. It would appear the opening is the same for all 718's but since they state that the grills don't fit I'm hesitant to order.

I also asked if he sold that hook he uses in the video. I have a stainless steel hook, but not sure if that will work due to the hole size. He just says “use tool of your choice”, but I don’t have a hook set to try different sizes. I guess I’ll just buy a set. I want to get these installed before I drive the car up from Florida.

Hello all. I contacted Eric a while back about making these and it took a while to get the details and fitment worked out but he got it right and I just verified it when my car arrived so he will be updating the website for everyone to order, and I will try to get him to reply here personally; however, if not I will make sure everyone gets the info they need. And here are the first pics of my car, which I got 4 days ago so I have only been able to get PPF'd, ceramic coated, top sealed, etc., windows tinted, and side markers changed....lots more to come:

Okay, just saw that, too. Maybe Bob has the right part number? Trying to get this stuff ordered today.

The inner black piece on my Spyder was different than the inner black piece on the GT4 so one cannot just buy GT4 side scoops without buying the inner black piece as well, which is why the mesh grill is different. The part# for the parts can be found here along with helpful info on changing them: https://www.718forum.com/threads/gt4...d.20500/page-4

Hey Bob - I just went back to look at your pics again and you mentioned getting your top sealed? What did they do to seal it? I have some top sealers in my Amazon shopping list that people have recommended and trying to decide on which one, but if there is a better after market solution, I’d like to know.
My first sports car was a Fiat Spyder. I never did anything to that top. I also had to replace it.

Instead of looking in the aforementioned thread I posted, here are the part#s for the parts a Spyder owner needs if they want to put side scoops on. Keep in mind that I had the "GT4" filled by my shop before they were painted:

I am not sure what my detailer used to seal the top but I have used 303 Fabric Guard several times in the past. He (Bryan Burgess) included it in the package deal I had with him and he does all my vehicles so he looks after me! He uses a lot of products that one cannot buy in a store but if you ask him nicely and tell him that I referred you he might tell you: mrsparkledetailing@gmail.com
