Final pulls Sept 14th included BNC air filters and leaf blowers on both sides. Exhaust fans to remove exhaust. 93 Octane gas. Used one leaf blower on previous dyno runs.
New vids added to this post.
New audio clips added to this post at bottom. First impressions POST 20.
“NOTE”= Overlaid 3rd gear files are out of order. 1-3-2. Highest power run was the final 3rd gear pull with all mods.
398 wheel horsepower at wheels in 4th gear as requested. Great numbers!
380 wheel horsepower in 3rd gear with SOUL Race Headers, OAP’s, and Valved exhaust set to open. Gained 21HP at the wheels compared to baseline. This is apples to apples comparo to original baseline also in 3rd gear.
Full Dyno runs measuring each stage of upgrades.

Reason: Updates
That’s interesting about 5th gear. Didn’t know that and perhaps the speeds generated in 5th might be high for a dyno? Not sure. I’d like to see a 5th gear pull for comparison. Will see if they can on next appointment.
numbers will be off since your baseline was on 3rd gear. for reference, here is an image from C&D.
your speed is on the money for 3rd gear. the shop can add the torque curve in the graph.

Appreciate the feedback. I wish I had done fans blowing air into side scoops. And I wish I knew about the proper gear to run test. I think for this to be consistent, I should replicate all the same…..with exception of blowing fans. This would closer replicate real world performance.
I assume each side takes in the same air and is identical? Maybe a leaf blower for each side?
I could run the first test in 3rd and do a 2nd (heat soaked) run in 4th.
The dyno caused warning lights & messages for parking brake and engine fault. Reset after I restarted. Crazy.

the reason for all the lights is that the dyno used is not a linked dyno. the car is getting confused with the rears turning and the front being still. i suggest you start over and use a proper dyno for this particular car. there has been lots of posts online how the car nannies get confused. i am not sure if setting dyno mode will help.
You would need to have the car put into dyno mode with a PIWIS device or something similar or have the car on a linked dyno for accurate results and prevent the lights. Let me know if you're able to get the actual dyno files so we can make a chart. We recommend using smoothing of 5 for a smoother graph. We're looking forward to your results!

Almost 14% drivetrain loss... thought Porsche's were traditionally lower than that?
Because this dyno was done in 3rd gear (a 1:1.41 on this car), it will read slightly lower power than it would in a 1:1 gear. As long as he gets the follow up dyno done also on 3rd gear, it will still be a completely valid before/after comparison. But this dyno should not be directly compared to other dynos done in different gears,

Will do. And I will make suggestion of smoothing of 5.

Where can I get the PIWIS device for dyno mode?
PIWIS is the dealership software for plugging in to the OBD-II port on Porsches and making ECU modifications and code changes. It's not cheap (even a gray market laptop with it installed is $1600) and usually only a shop that regularly works on Porsches would invest in a legit license for it.
