Upscale the car a lot in my opinion.
i had the guy that sold me my 1M config my car. He put in the 18-way seats as it gets you leather much cheaper than the 14-way I spec’ed. He also insisted I get PDLS+ for the LED “look.” I did a Racetex delete and skipped the Bose. My 981 didn’t have one and it was just fine. Skipping the Bose gave him rage spasms.
Mine finally arrived. For sure worth the wait. With the manual transmission what a fun and not so serious roadster to drive. This is my first GR and I went for the GTS package. So pleased with my decision.
I believe it doesn't do anything with the turn radius, it just lightens the steering.
Na, it has no effect at high speeds - it simply lightens the load on the wheel at slow speeds. My C4S has a very light steering - I can't imagine adding this option - still I was not able to talk my friend out of getting it (his reasoning, he could always have the dealer turn it off - but what a waste).
You are a week behind me - mine was moved up, then back, and then waaayyy back. But I lock on the 8th of April.
In looking at your build, I would highly recommend two changes
1. Premium package
2. Supplemental safety bars in exterior color
and yes, the other stuff is all subjective (while I agree with leather, that may not be your thing). I also opted for the power steering column adjustment - mostly cause my wife will be driving the car as well - or so I hope
I gladly welcome all the recommendations. I have supplemental safety bars in exterior color on my 981 and it does look sweet. Can’t wait to agonize over these decisions . Good luck with the wait!!

I popped into the dealer 5 minutes after drop-off. Lucky timing on my way to work! They parked the six cars that came in under a tree where they were immediately shat upon (and cleaned up). Prep will take place soon but I can’t pick her up until next week I suspect bc I travel for work. My RGS grills and no-drill plate mounts will be installed by…me!

that is a lovely build. Personally I’d save the money on Porsche connect and Nav. And you have a nice interior going, please check the steering column in leather with deviated to complete it! It makes a big difference

I'm also doing extended deviated stitching but I'm going back and forth with the steering column in leather with deviated stitching. I've never paid attention to the steering columns in the Porsches I've owned so I'm not sure if I'll even notice it after the first few days. Either way, I like your build and congrats!
