For me, TYD appears to be in the middle of updating (progress bar shows complete, but date still estimated) and I'm hoping my CGTS left Baltimore yesterday and might make it to IL early next week (Monday??).
I must have been sending out some seriously positive waves. The car arrives on Monday!
Which port does your car go to? I checked mine and i'm still not listed as being on a vessel even though we are both getting delivered to West Coast.
Mine is going through Houston, then getting trucked over to LA for one reason or another. I don't understand why Porsche does things the way they do. I am just happy that she is on her way after so many delays. Originally I was supposed to have the car 9/26, but like everyone here I got hit with the delays. There is light at the end of the tunnel.
What do these two cars have in common? A 911Turbo S Cabrio & a Boxster GTS 4.0? Both are painted in Aventurine Green & both were delivered this morning and neither owner got any production photos from TDY, but both owner's a smiling like crazy....With that who needs a picture!

So for you navy veterans out there, I see my ship is in 18.5' seas. Am I being overdramatic that I'm concerned about another possible SFL Composer issue?
Not a navy vet but from what I have seen and heard most of these shipping companies keep a close check on the tie-downs of the cars and if needed readjust them during the voyage. 2 years ago, I had a car delivered and there was a named storm in the Gulf of Mexico and the car carrier hove to on the Atlantic side of Florida until the seas abated before moving into the gulf.
Again, not a sea farer but some of these car carrier ships look like they have a bit of freeboard on them much like cruise liners and I do not think they would sail them in huge swells / wave heights.

It should arrive much faster by truck from Houston than taking the slow boat trip trough the canal.
Yesterday I received confirmation that my build is now complete along with my first picture. The picture was taken down within the hour but I did grab a screenshot while a I had the chance. Not too worried about the quality of the TYD app, just excited to get the car in ~6 weeks.

That's good news, but if it does take longer that's ok. I just want her to make it safe. I'm already OCD about a car that I don't even technically own yet.
