wow you must have just barely squeezed in on that production group. My Allocation was given to me 5/18 (my birthday!) but the car is supposed to begin production today.

Seems like a lot of us were supposed to start production today. I wonder what’s really going on.

For those with vehicles arriving soon - we've got a few SOUL 718 4.0 items left in stock, and we've extended our summer sale pricing to 9/30: Click here to find out more.

I assume they do production in batches rather than as orders come in. I'm assuming we are basically just the next batch and chances are they are starting to put things into motion.

Still seems like forever, lol. Was supposed to be delivered on 8/26, but I feel better knowing it is finally done being built and on its way.

go ... it went thru the Panama Canal and arrived at San Diego on Sept 4th (I think?). Eventually, I got hold of the SA who had no information
on when the car would be shipped to Connecticut. But, today, I called .. spoke with the sales manager and he said the BGTS was now in RI
and should arrive at the dealership tomorrow morning. That's good news .. FINALLY !
Looking forward to the drive.
Well ... not so fast ! Sales manager emailed me this afternoon. Said the the trucking company will deliver the BGTS 4.0 maybe next Tuesday / Wednesday.
I only get excited when the vehicles are "close". And, now ... not so close. If it's that far from Connecticut, it could still be in California ! Hmmmm ...
I guess I'll just hang out and wait. Of course, I won't be able to take delivery for some days after "the Eagle has landed". I'll stay tuned.

My MY 23 BGTS was estimated scheduled in production on 9/16 with the actual date of production starting on 9/21 so I am running a few days behind the estimates. Showing completion on 9/30. I would assume any cars on the water headed for Houston or the west coast via the canal may have to hove to in calmer seas next week with the storm entering the gulf.

Car arrived two weeks ago on ship from Germany. Preparation done by dealer, Paint correction done, and PPF being installed as we speak. Manthey pads, brake lines, fluid and set up being done next week when dealer gets it back from the detailer. Extra set of tyres in the garage already. Flying down and taking delivery Friday 30/9. Grinding teeth with excitement!

Most tropical systems currently at play will be a non issue for anything in transit right now. Those storms move quickly and the ships are moving at 12-14kts. Fiona is out of the way, Gaston was a non-issue and Ian will be the only one really left to see if it reforms into anything after crossing Florida. It will hit Florida around the time the Supreme Ace docks in RI so won’t be an issue by the time it leaves for Baltimore and ultimately Houston.

In summary, no current systems should impact any vessel schedules.

I sold my car a month ago so am just relying on taxis/Uber. My car is MY22 and seeing all the MY23 being produced definitely makes the wait more unbearable! lol
