Can anyone tell me how long the wait is at the Panama Canal currently?
Hestia Leader arrived at the canal on Tuesday 5/10. It’s been anchored, unmoving, ever since.
Originally scheduled to dock in San Diego on 5/19, it’s now been rescheduled to arrive on 5/23.
Vessel Tracker shows a large number of ships waiting north of the canal waiting to get through.

My TYD and app show that my car is stuck in factory purgatory. So I stopped by the dealership. Turns out my car finished production on April 20th and seems to be stuck at the factory waiting for a ride to Emden. Who knows at this point? Perhaps it's actually on a boat to Benicia at this point. 😖

Glovis Supreme took 11 days to get through the north end, then anchored for a day then went through the south end and then anchored for another 1 or 2 then headed south 2 days to a port and back and then had a 4 day refueling on the south side of the canal. Rhyme... reason... I have no idea.
Grand Champion got to the north side 2 days after Hestia Leader and it just went through the canal today and is already heading to its next destination. Seems very ship dependent on wait times through the canal.

So, not sure what happened but from yesterday to today, TMD just added 45 days to my build! I hope it is a mistake and that it will be corrected but if not, WTH!
My build locked weeks ago and I did not make any changes weeks before it locked so I can't be blamed. Did a Russian missile hit a factory?

So per TYD my CP8.0 got moved from 5/27 to 7/1 and delivery from 7/15 to 8/12. Sucks.

Congratulations on the purchase. I think you won the Porsche lottery. My SA told me that they are receiving multiple offers starting around $100k over sticker on Targas because there simply are no more slots to be had. Personally I have owned 911s and Cayman/Boxsters and found I preferred the mid-engine design for tracking, but if I was going to buy a 911, then a Targa it would be. Beautiful car!
