I hit 'Start Production/Enter body shop' on April 19th. I just got word from my SA that my completion date got bumped ANOTHER three weeks, so I'm looking at Completion of June 10th now. Almost 2 months in production!
Do they have a bad batch of cars from that week, or are they just missing parts? I'm stuck in purgatory like you with my production having started on April 20th and the CP8.0 date first pushed back to 5/20 and now just stuck there on TYD.
I'm happy to type the "almost out of here" post. The day has come where I get to see the GT4 with my own eyes. TYD never updated that is was on a truck. SA text me at 9.30am this morning to say the car made it to the dealership. My son (3yrs) has been asking everyday after school if the Porsche is still "floating". He was just as excited to see it as I was. I'll save more photos for after delivery day which is set for this Saturday as I plan to invite some car friends to it as well. For those who want to know from ship docking to the dealership was about 7 days being around 270 miles from the port. Glovis Supreme did me well I hope everyone enjoys their cars in good health!

Are you PTS as well? Maybe they are doing all the PTS cars together, and keep pushing out the date?

You seem to have the extended deviated stitching....mind sharing more pics of the stitching on the dash please? I am anxious to see how it looks since most cars dont have it.

No, I'm metallic black CGTS. Manual with steel brakes as well. At this point, I wonder if it's the black brushed aluminum trim or red gauges. Or just bad luck.

She is off for PPF. When I get her back on Friday I will post some more pics. I was afraid the extended stitching might be too much but in person it looks great. Also has red belts. All in Carmine Red.

Here is how it ended up. Dates moved around quite a bit after sinking of the RoRo and Ukraine. I missed one ship in Emden. Have been told I was very lucky to not get delayed due to Burmeister. Who knows.

I'm manual transmission and steel rotors as well, but carbon trim and blue stitching. Sigh...who knows...
I do wonder, in situations like this when we supposedly started the body shop nearly 5 weeks ago, how much of the car actually exists? Is a partially built car collecting dust somewhere in the corner of the factory, or do they not start anything until all the parts are in house?
