Thanks. Then I assume the linkpipes must fit the Spyder

Well, that was the same that I replied, and he agreed (the reseller). He said he could put and individual order for that item but the answer from the factory was that, so I want to make sure before putting any order.

The only thing that I can think of is that the Akra muffler has slightly bigger diameter holes, so can be attached with the oem link, but not the way around.. anyway, I hope not be the case

A sound clip of this setup would be awesome as well. Thanks!

There is a sound clip on Akra website.

I personally am curious about the weight savings. As the exhaust system is made out of titanium it should be around 15 lbs or so lighter.

Just making sure I don’t need an ECU remap if I get the link pipes and slip on exhaust

Akra has confirmed GT4 parts will work on Spyder. Shipping in few weeks.

I ordered over axle pipes. Will work with factory centre. Now I wait.

Hey all, I was told by Akrapovic that the link pipes fit the OEM system after putting an inquiry in directly on their site. So we should be good!

Great, mine explained now that was more of an "recommendation" than a restriction (to use it with the Akra slip on), so should be ok.

David, appreciate your quick responses to my emails. Looking forward to ordering early next year when my Spyder arrives.

I'm looking for a sound clip of the link pipes paired with stock center muffler. The sound clip on the website says slip on exhaust. I wonder if thats with or without the link pipes.
