Thanks, sometimes color choices can be a gamble but in this case it turned out well, I am happy with all of the yellow accents!

TBH, other then essentially pick it drive a few miles to Cars and Coffee and then to the PPF installers shop all I have is first impressions so I will keep it short... WOW!

Congrats @Westcoast I wish I would have seen these photos before my build locked. I was going back and forth between the platinum and black wheel colors. Most of the photos I saw of Chalk GT4s were with the black wheels but I had a slight suspicion that I would like the platinum color due to its close match to chalk. Your photos confirmed it. Either way my car is a few days away from boarding the boat so that ship has basically sailed already. Great spec!

Thank you, specs are tough when the choices are close and both are good, I have had Platinum wheels before so my choice was already determined.

Don't make us wait too long to see some pictures of your car when it arrives, shouldn't be long now!

The wait won't be long after delivery however my delivery date is not until late September. I'm doing the LA delivery experience and I plan on taking pictures to document the day. I have requested they do not PDI the body, only any mechanical checks. I'll have better photos after paint correction and PPF. I want to see if the radiator strips are really from the plastic adhesive per the speculation I've read on here.

I've never been a fan of black wheels, however, with chalk they absolutely work! The contrast against the paint looks fabulous...very well done!

Jwalker, noticed there is no 718 in front of the Spyder on the back of your car. Did you just remove the 718 and slide over Spyder or is that the original style Spyder script?
