Very nice. I got the black rims so I think its black under Xpel or nothing for me on the doors. Silver would have been a smart change. My dealer really didn't provide me any input on my build. They saw I was familiar with it and basically told me to give them the final build.

btw look how purple gentian blue looks in this lighting.
The white 981 GTS front looks better than the 718.

the design still grabs attention when we are out! I go back and forth on the looks of both, but in general, I’d be happy with both!

Completely agree! The 981 GTS front looks more aggressive in my opinion. All the details get lost with the black plastic on the 718, reminds me of the Ferrari 458 front (which I was not a fan of).

Some quickies from the dealer this afternoon, will try and get a few good shots while out and about teaching it how to walk and then run

Clear side markers were on back order , shouldn't be too long to come in.

Got the car yesterday. The drive home was short but felt great. God it feels good to have some work for the left leg. Many people have posted about how the car feels, the sound, the gearing, etc. and it was no different for me. I think sound is the biggest issue for me (even my wife didn't like the sound and said she liked our 981 CS sounded so much better ) but to be fair I was keeping it under 5K RPM and there is a lot of drone and it gets annoying. Hopefully it gets better with Akra GPF delete pipes and will plug the vacuum lines to keep valves open if needed later.

So far goodies I have installed:
  • XPEL ultimate full body with ceramic
  • Rodenso RC M w/ integrated ALP jammers installed
  • Crazy Ed's bolster covers
  • WeatherTech floor mats
Plans for this weekend and beyond:
  • RSNV wing risers
  • Clear LED Side markers (this is the best value for money goody I have bought for any car - have used them on my 981 and then on my 991 and now the GT4)
  • Switch to winter tires (snow forecasted for next weekend - fun!!!)
  • Cantrell(in Bellevue) is installing Akra GPF delete pipes next week
  • Waiting for P1 Design seat cushions w/memory foam
  • Shopping for Used 981 GT4 wheels for track use (or new Forged One FF10s)

New horse in the stable.

Very nice! and very clean, mine's been dirty since day one and the roads suck right now, maybe I'll wash it off for some pics later today as the sun is out

I am spec'ing a Spider now and it appears there is no way to get all leather inside without mouse fur - is that correct? Not sure about the exterior color but since I am in this thread one can see what I am leaning to.

Best you can do is get LWB and do aftermarket inserts, you can also switch the steering wheel and shifter to regular cow but the lower dash and door inserts will be full mouse in any setup.

I think CXX may be possible but you are likely looking at US$10k+ to have it come from factory that way.
