That’s what the regional Porsche rep told my dealer. My guess is PDK will become available for builds towards the end of 2020.

Ahh, got you. PDK is one of the few options I will consider changing on my build if it becomes available. I think the manual will win out though.

Just heard from the sales mgr that I'm working with that according to Porsche NA there will be a press release on MY2021 at the end of the month at which point the configurator will be updated and MY2021 allocations will begin getting commission numbers. I've still got a Sept allocation with delivery expected in Nov.

Check the 992 board from 6/10. New photos of presumed shark blue.

It would have taken you less clicks and time to find the recent images on the 992 board than it took for you to criticize my comment. Didn't realize that I needed to spoon feed you.

Interesting development... if true... it is basically a metallic version of Graphite Blue?

Still nothing definite yet. If this is Shark... wonder what the 992 GT3 Blue was.... it wasn’t Miami... there was a couple scenes in the commercial where you could see GT3 and the Miami Blue GT4 together and they are quite different.

Typical answer from those that seem to be more interested in post counts then content of value. BTW my post was not a criticism, actually a request as it reduces the ambiguity factor.

In an attempt to de-escalate: I was trying to be helpful, and was surprised that my post was criticized for being anything less than that. How is posting the forum and the date of the last post ambiguous? BTW, why would I care about post counts. Ironically, you've made 1,337 posts on Rennlist since you joined 6 months ago, while I've made 870 in the 14 years that I've been a member.

Graphite blue is metallic, albeit subtle, and very difficult to detect unless you're very close to the vehicle. (it's full name is graphite blue metallic).

No escalation intended nor criticism, post counts are irrelevant, my count is high over a short period of time because I came from Planet-9 (5K + posts) because there is more activity here for the 718 GT4/Spyder folks, there is a lot to talk about, colour being one of them.

It is completely up to you how you post, and I will still likely ask for links because that way I see 'exactly' what you are intending me to see... help out or not but comments about spoon feeding are not required.

All done and moving on.

Is PDK going to be available in the press release? You would assume the announcement of PDK would be press release worthy.

Not I'm sure if I posted and update.

My SA called the latter part of last week and allocation for a July build was vacated by the person on the list ahead of me so now I'm locked in. My SA also said that July was the last of the MY2020. I assume delivery would be around the September time frame???
