It's important to know that the freeze date is the latest date it'll freeze, not the exact date. Sometimes the configuration can freeze a few days before the date given to the dealer. Best to finalize your config earlier.

I'm fine with September, just hoping it doesn't get delayed to October or beyond. September, October and early November are the best months of the year where I am. The more days with the car before the winter rains start, the better.

Mid-September?! Is that what it’s showing in the system? I thought mid May freeze dates = August delivery.

This is so true! My original freeze date was the end of March... then revised to 5/22 after factory reboot... tried to make a small change only to find out that my build locked 5/12. Odd thing is none of my other dates moved... expected delivery = 8/28

Might be earlier freezes due to supply chain. Want to make sure they actually have the parts when they need them.

Yeah... my original freeze date was in March as well... then revised to 5/22... then was moved up 10 days to 5/12... and is truly locked as PAG rejected my request (wanted remove a previous selected painted roll bars).

How close is the Miami Blue to Shark Blue? My build when I get to order is currently set with Miami Blue, but if I my wait is too late in 2020, not sure what it would look like.

Do you have a allocation yet? If not you won’t be getting Miami... it’s not available starting with August builds.

Shark blue hasn’t 100% confirmed yet as the 2021 order guide hasn’t been released yet for the 718 GT4/Spyder... people are speculating it will be available because it replaced Miami Blue in the recently release 992 911 order guide.

Some outside paint vendors have already released the Porsche paint code... which is the same code for Volkswagens Cornflower Blue. Do a google image search and you will see that it’s very similar to Voodoo Blue.

I do not have an allocation yet, found out today that I'll get the next one, not sure when that will happen though.

That means you will almost definitely have a 2021 MY. Unless someone before you backs out and you get their allocation before it locks.

Any idea what kind of changes there might be besides color selection for 2021, I'm new at this kind of stuff. I was fortunate back in 2015 to get one the GT4s with its limited number of builds and list of options
