Interesting, I believe they are still trying to sell cars here remotely.

I keep having to push out my service appt. figure not worth the risk. Next is April 13 but will move it out again.

It is an interesting point. You could be right but it'll depend on supply. Not all GT3 buyers would be negatively impacted financially.

Some info from CARB as well for the gt4/Spyder.
GT4/Spyder definitely not certified as of 4/1/20. I wish... My car is stuck at Davisville with a projected certification date of 6/5/20.

Thing big.

More like ordering a 992 GT3 at 5% off MSRP.

You sure the hold until June is because of CARB certification? Sometimes Porsche does holds to have a sequenced launch... usually due to press reasons. Not saying that is the case, but could be something other than CARB.

Any update on the factory? Unless I'm mistaken the initial 2-week shutdown is over and I have not seen any new press release from Porsche...

FWIW, BMW have just extended theirs to end of the month. Would be surprised if the VAG factories will be any different. It's the same issues and calculations for everybody.

I would also be very surprised if they are back on but I got an email this morning from Porsche asking whether I still intended to do ED in May (which kind of implies that it would still be possible if I wanted to...). Strange...

Can't recall if you're waiting for a GT4 or Spyder, but if it's a GT4, the factory delay at Osnabruck was extended for an additional 5 days by VW (https://www.volkswagen-newsroom.com/...ionspause-5936) to April 19th, with production resuming on April 20th. My updated build after the announced shut down added 3 weeks of delay (went V260 before the shut down), but I expect it to extend out at least another week now.

Chancellor Merkel out this morning saying too early to give a date to lift the lock-down.

And we don't yet have a therapeutic. Fingers crossed something comes out of trial early this week or next.

It’s a screenshot of the internal dealer network system... not accessible by the public.
