No lift shift in 718 GT4/Spyder

Doesn't matter, car is awesome!
I feel like it's easier to rev-match yourself than the GT3, might be why they didn't bother with the nannies.

Perhaps this is what Roger Baily is doing in this video, using that hard limiter...
When I first watched this I cringed at what I heard and saw, to me hearing the sound of the engine being cut by the computer, well just lets say it sounds abusive and bad at the same time!

Pity if no no-lift feature on the new cars, I loved it on GT3 and it definitely made track work easier and faster with the manual. Made a cool sound too. On the road was also very appreciated, it's one of the few items which the 911R lacks in comparison.
I remember discovering this feature during European delivery, was a total joy, and playing with it all over the Stelvio Pass.. I had made a little video to capture the sound.. 5:15 is a good spot:

718 GT4 DO NOT have flatfoot shifting feature.
Has anyone tried to no-lift-shift a 718 GT4 or Spyder already? Does it work the same way as in 991.2 GT3?
For reference, here's a video with AP (Andreas Preuninger, head of GT at Porsche) saying they have speed shift (5:30 mark):

Here's a thread discussing that feature on the GT3:

I just picked up my 718 GT4 2 weeks ago and throw in 1000 miles. I brought it to the track and it was terrible at mid corner. The car understeer like an AWD. Then, I tried flat foot shifting and it doesn't hold the RPM, it just went all the way to 8000 rpm. There's no button to activate it. The only nice thing about the GT4 is auto-blip function. I can brake really late and no need to worry about heel toe downshift. The exhaust button literally do nothing and the car sounds like vacuum cleaner. Oh, one last thing, the car doesn't sound like a Porsche GT cars at alI. I might have to return it to the dealership and get something else.

Hello, thank you for your interest. I am not able to send you dm. (Maybe I'm too new) My car has the perfect options for track car. The car only have apple Carplay and bucket seat. I just picked up the car today from full car xpel and platinum ceramic coating. Add me on Instagram @GeraldTheAsian we can talk from there if you're looking to buy it.
