If its 500 hp logic would dictate it will be a numbered car. Production car will be lucky to get 450 imho. They keep crippling the gt4 with detuning and long gear ratios why all of a sudden would they give us the full monty? Not for 135k, the same price as a carrera s

I agree in that with following the RS formula, in the 911 platform, that a bump from 414 to 500 seems too large. In my optimistic fantasy world, it may be possible that in the cayman platform they may throw the normal formula out the window (like the rear quarters ). It may be possible that this really is a swan song car, in that continued EU regulations and the inevitable evolution to EV could be creating a perfect storm to allow a car like this. Who knows, I keep myself busy thinking about it. Even if it ends up being a let down, still nice to get excited about something potentially really cool. Ultimately, I'd make the switch from my T if they create a more race inspired engine, legit rear suspension, offer WP (carbon bits and mag wheels) and PDK-S. Otherwise, I'm out.

Somebody find the log-linear price-horsepower chart that was discussed years ago.

tl;dr: with Porsche you can determine price or bhp given one or the other with surprising accuracy.

So, those of you who want a 500hp GT4-RS? Be prepared to pay at least as much as for a 991.2 GT3.

Those of you that want a 125k GT4-RS? It’ll be in the neighborhood of 450-ish bhp.

500 hp and 125k? Nope.

Chris seems to be privy to insider information, but it's possible the mule is just the next Clubsport, as evidenced by the quarter window intakes that were recently made available as a retrofit.

“the d00d abides” lol. But I’m almost certain this is the real deal GT4RS mule and not the CS. I have several people that take out the cleaning lady’s trash? But yeah Chris seems to have way better connects than I do I suspect.

Let’s put on our speculation Cowboy hats!
My thoughts for the GT4RS is probably no more than 450 bhp.Probably weight comes in about 3160 .Expect LapTimes at Nurburgring of say 7:24?Maybe 7:20 ?Guessing the 500 bhp puts it too close to the 991.2 GT3 BUT GOOD GOOGILY that would be something fun to drive .Does anyone have any more insight to offer?TIA HOM

Agree. I don't see 500hp at 125k. The .1 GT3 was 475hp and started in the 130s 7 years earlier than when a GT4 RS may show up. Porsche doesn't like us that much to gift that kind of package at 125k.

CENTERLOCK WHEELS GT4RS
so assuming the 4RS does come with centerlock wheels could you not convert to the 5 lug hubs on the standard GT4 ?

I’m kind of thinking that the car in the video is the Manthey Racing GT4 if so it has significant suspension mods! Not entirely sure .....😊
