I don't believe anyone has gotten a 2025 allocation and PTS is not even available on the RS now (they pulled that back on a bunch of people).

Checked with the dealer, still MY 24 and no PTS. This slot is now spoken for, but I was first on the callback list from almost a year ago! I know we've heard this before, but he thinks this is the last round of allocations they will get.

Did he mention which build month the allocation was for?

Last night I spoke with a California law firm that specializes in dealerships, but before I wire them a retainer (the irony .... ) I figured I have nothing to lose at this point, let's first see what the Police can do.
At first I spoke with dispatch on the non-emergency number, they almost told me to handle this via the courts .. but when she heard the dollar amount and read over 11736 she escalated it to a Sergeant. https://leginfo.legislature.ca.gov/f...6.&lawCode=VEH.

It turns out Rusnak is in violation of many of the sections of 11736, not just returning the deposit. The deposit exceeded 2.5% of the total price, they didn't execute a written agreement, they didn't provide me copies, which means they failed to record it in their autobroker log, etc.. I'll update as I make progress.

(i'm happy to move this to another thread if there is a better place for this... figured someone in the future would appreciate this unfortunate tale being documented somewhere)
theres something weird this this dealer as they should know its not possible to return a wire as they originally requested you do.

My biggest take from this is there was nothing in writing and they provided you no copies of anything. Did the wire go to the dealership account or the salesman??

I do have a Cali store with a CGTS4.0 allocation, July build. Should be able to sell out of state as well.

I wonder if Porsche is going back on their claim that the ICE 718 will be sold for at least a year or two along side the EV 718. Its possible that with sales as low as they are (due to no allocations) and the fact that production has officially ended in the EU for the 718, that is no longer the plan and this is actually the last year for these cars. It's still a bit early in the year so they may surprise us with a few more allocations for next year. However i do remember when everyone thought that 2022 would be the last year of the GT4, and then all of a sudden a huge wave of allocations came out and a bunch of people (including myself) managed to snag one. However it seems like thats not even the case here but i think we'll have a clearer idea come Q3.

It's in the dealers best interest to stir the pot with this is the last one coming to boost sales and ADM where possible. Only the mothership knows what's coming.

Someone posted on FB that St. Louis Porsche has a BGTS allocation. Dave Schroeder would be the person to reach out to. Those are the only details I have.

Can confirm. However they will only sell it to a local client. Can vouch for Dave, solid guy.

Jorden Burr at Tom Wood Porsche posted to FB group that he has an allocation that someone backed out of for a Cayman GTS 4.0

Change freeze point is today, price is MSRP.

Looks like the dealer is in Indianapolis, might be worth a call if you are desperate!
