And PTS isn't available and may never be, or an extremely limited run like the original GT4. If you want the car, you should probably take the car rather than wait for PTS to maybe open. Porsche have stated no PTS the first year.

actually I was talking about the grey car... by the time I posted my reply the blue pictures appeared in between! I know GB is a stock color, on my top picks as of today... but I want to see one in the flesh before.

I'm fairly certain that car is Graphite Gray, which was a standard color, for a short time, several years ago. May be be the same GT4 that was being used in promo photos.

Graphite blue I think you mean? thats what it looks like to me!
My friend's Graphite Blue 718 during our trip this year in Austria. It's really grey and I am not a fan of it. He picked it because his lady is against nice colors.
Not having Lav Orange is one thing. But dropping Carmine Red off does not make a lot of sense, since it is available to all other 718 Caymans. It's a wonderful color. I love my 981 Cayman in Carmine Red. Not ready to give up the car unless Porsche comes up with GT4 in the color.
BTW, I didn't really understand the huge price hike of paint-to-sample option. Oh, well.
