does replacing the tires void the warranty?

Stick to OEM sizes and you’ll be fine. Never heard of a warranty denial because of tire replacement.

Plain answer is no. The Magnusson Moss Act says that the modification has to directly cause the failure of the warrantied part.

Not quite: the sizes are correct but the type is not; the rears are N-Spec the fronts are not. You don’t want to mix and match N-spec and not-N-spec.

Any street tire is fine. People can and do put all sorts of tires on for different reasons.

Note that CPO valuation depends on having N-spec tires, in case that's a consideration for the OP.

Try TireRack. You can put in the model of your car and the appropriate options will come up. I’ve used them a lot and always had a good experience. They have certified and installers, too, based on your zip code. That’s how I found Great Falls Exxon - great place.
