PASM suspension....does it change ride height with each setting?
I was under the impression that the car did not change ride height but some online review videos specifically say it does.
So which is it?
Thanks,
Mike

For PASM on the cars it does not change height. PASM on the Macan can come with the air suspension, which can change height in the different modes.

It does not.
Reviewers are often mistaken because life is complicated and there is little penalty for them being wrong. Don't trust them for anything other than subjective impressions, if that.

No.
People get confused because SPASM is described as lowering the car an additional 10 mm.

Loved the Obsessed Garage video where he lowered his GT4. And the Quick Jack. LOL.
I was fairly certain it was a fixed height but I was led astray by some YouTube video reviewer.

I think you may be confusing PASM actively changing the right height (i.e. push a button and the car somehow gets lower) with the fact that the PASM suspension is in fact lower than the base ride height. PASM lowers the ride 10mm compared to the base suspense. SPASM lowers an additional 10mm, 20mm in total from base. However, they are fixed height systems.
